DIGIMUSE ENTER TRAINING

The training component of the DIGIMUSE project will be crucial for building the digital skills necessary for inclusion and accessibility in small cultural institutions. Our approach will focus on equipping cultural operators with practical, high-quality training that enhances their ability to adopt digital solutions and improve the cultural offer for diverse and disadvantaged audiences.

The core of the training program will consist of four comprehensive modules, developed in English, Italian, and Spanish:

  1. Digital Skills for Inclusion
  2. Artificial Intelligence (AI) for an Inclusive and Accessible Cultural Offer
  3. Strategic Plan for Inclusive Digital Innovation
  4. European Opportunities for Digitalization

Each module will be designed to be both accessible and actionable for small cultural organizations. The training materials will be inspired by micro-credentials and based on the DigComp framework, ensuring they align with European standards for digital competence. These modules will be structured to support both self-learning and VET providers who wish to customize the content to meet the specific needs of their learners.

The program will integrate various learning methods, including self-assessment tests, practical exercises, case studies, and additional resources, all aimed at helping cultural operators improve their digital practices. The training content will be adaptable, allowing institutions to make the most of the resources based on their specific operational needs, fostering long-term digital transformation across Europe’s cultural sector.
